Each project is governed by its approved estimate or service agreement.

Pricing and timelines depend on scope, materials, and site conditions.

Direct Communication

Questions about estimates or services can be directed to Filipe.

01

Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to the Bayou Property Solutions website. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Bayou Property Solutions (“Bayou Property Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of this website.

By accessing, browsing, or using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

Website Terms vs. Project Agreement

These Terms govern website use. An approved estimate, written service agreement, change order, or other project-specific document may contain additional terms. If there is a conflict, the signed or accepted project-specific document controls for that project.

02

Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use this website for service inquiries or project requests.

If you request services for a property, you represent that you are the property owner or have permission and authority from the owner or responsible party to request information, approve access, and discuss the proposed work.

03

Website Use and Information

This website provides general information about Bayou Property Solutions, our service area, examples of work, and the types of property improvement services we may offer.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, construction specification, professional design, engineering advice, or a guarantee that a particular service, material, price, start date, or result is available for your property.

We aim to keep website information accurate, but content may contain errors, become outdated, or be changed without advance notice.

04

Services

Bayou Property Solutions may provide residential property improvement and maintenance services, including:

  • Carpentry, cabinets, custom closets, decks, fences, and trim work.
  • Flooring installation and related finishing work.
  • Cabinet and countertop installation.
  • Kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
  • Door and window installation.
  • Property maintenance and other agreed improvement work.

Service availability depends on the requested scope, property location, current schedule, existing conditions, materials, and other project-specific factors. We may accept or decline a service request at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

05

Estimates and Project Agreements

Estimate Requests

Submitting a form, calling, texting, or emailing us is a request for information only. It does not require Bayou Property Solutions to accept a project and does not create a service contract.

Project-Specific Pricing

Prices are not published on the website because they vary according to the service, scope, dimensions, materials, access, property conditions, preparation, and other project details. Any estimate is based on the information and conditions known when it is prepared.

Approval and Formation of an Agreement

A project becomes authorized only when the parties approve the applicable estimate or written service agreement and satisfy any stated scheduling or payment conditions. Approval may be documented in writing or electronically when the parties agree to use electronic communications.

Estimate Validity

An estimate may include an acceptance deadline. If no deadline is stated, pricing, material availability, and scheduling remain subject to confirmation before work begins.

06

Customer Responsibilities

For a requested project, the customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact, property, and project information.
  • Disclosing known conditions that may affect access, safety, materials, or performance of the work.
  • Confirming ownership or authorization to approve the requested work.
  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the work area at agreed times.
  • Removing or protecting personal belongings unless another arrangement is made in writing.
  • Keeping children, pets, residents, and visitors away from active work areas when necessary for safety.
  • Reviewing estimates, material choices, dimensions, and project details before approval.
  • Making payments according to the approved project terms.

Delays, additional work, or costs caused by inaccurate information, concealed conditions, denied access, or uncompleted customer responsibilities may require a revised schedule or written project change.

07

Scheduling, Access, and Delays

Start dates, completion dates, and project durations are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a written project agreement. Scheduling may be affected by project scope, material availability, weather, property conditions, access, customer decisions, requested changes, emergencies, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

The customer must provide access to the property and work areas at the agreed times. If access is unavailable, the project may need to be rescheduled and any resulting terms will be addressed in the applicable project documentation.

08

Project Changes, Materials, and Site Conditions

Changes to Scope

Work outside the approved scope, including customer-requested additions or changes, may require a revised estimate or change order addressing price, materials, and schedule. Additional work should be approved before it is performed.

Existing and Concealed Conditions

Conditions not visible or known during the estimate may affect how the work must be completed. Examples may include hidden damage, unsuitable substrates, prior repairs, access limitations, or measurements that differ after materials are removed. Any resulting change will be discussed before related additional work proceeds when reasonably possible.

Materials and Appearance

Natural materials, manufactured products, colors, grains, textures, finishes, and online images may vary. Product availability may also change. Final material selections and substitutions should be documented in the project agreement or approved project communications.

09

Payments

Current payment options may include Zelle, cash, and check. Accepted methods, deposits, progress payments, final payment dates, and any other payment terms will be stated or confirmed for the specific project.

The customer agrees to pay approved amounts according to the applicable estimate, invoice, change order, or service agreement. Website content does not modify a project’s payment schedule.

No Website Payment Processing

Unless a payment feature is expressly provided, this website is not used to process project payments. Confirm payment instructions directly with Bayou Property Solutions before sending funds.

10

Workmanship Concerns and Warranties

Bayou Property Solutions intends to address legitimate concerns directly related to its completed workmanship. If you believe there is a workmanship issue, contact us promptly and provide a reasonable opportunity to inspect the condition.

Any specific warranty, duration, remedy, limitation, exclusion, or claim procedure will be governed by the applicable written estimate or service agreement and applicable law. Unless expressly stated in a written project agreement, website content does not create a lifetime warranty, a fixed-duration warranty, or a warranty covering materials, products, normal wear, misuse, third-party work, customer modifications, concealed conditions, or matters outside our control.

Important

Do not rely on a general website statement as the warranty for a specific project. Review the written project documents before approving the work.

11

When you provide contact information, you authorize us to respond to your request using the contact methods you selected or used, including phone, email, or text message.

  • Message frequency varies according to your inquiry or project.

  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
  • You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
  • You may reply HELP or call (225) 936-3209 for assistance.

15

Website Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS GENERAL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAYOU PROPERTY SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING SOLELY FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS WEBSITE.

For claims arising from an actual service project, liability and available remedies will be determined by the applicable project agreement and law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

17

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bayou Property Solutions from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

This section does not apply to claims caused by Bayou Property Solutions to the extent responsibility cannot be shifted under applicable law.

18

Governing Law and Disputes

These website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any website-related dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Louisiana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

A project-specific agreement may include additional dispute procedures or venue terms. Those project-specific provisions will control disputes relating to that project.

Before filing a website-related claim, we encourage you to contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity to address the concern informally.

19

General Provisions

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these website Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a business reorganization, sale, or transfer, subject to applicable law.

Entire Agreement for Website Use

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and Bayou Property Solutions regarding use of this website. They do not replace an approved estimate or service agreement for actual project work.

20

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the website, services, business practices, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms. Changes to these website Terms do not automatically modify a previously approved project agreement.
